KE.S.S.A. DIMITRA implements programs in Hellas, but also in developing countries of Africa, South and Latin America, as well as countries of Central-Eastern Europe and Asia, such as: Dominica, Ecuador, Senegal, Moldova, Albania, Georgia, Romania, Serbia, India, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, West Bank and the Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Jordan and Sri Lanka.

In 2009, KE.S.S.A. "DIMITRA":

• Continued the implementation of a number of actions in the frame of the program "Water: Access Through Empowerment of Rights. The program aims at the sensitization of common opinion and the active attendance of citizens for the rational management of water as World Common Good.
  
  
• Begun the implementation of the program "736 ideas for a dream: Νew ways of communication and dialogue between members of the Euro parliament and European citizens fighting against social exclusion". The programs aims at the appointment of the vital phenomenon of social exclusion and the way of its confrontation, as these become perceptible from citizens.
