KE.S.S.A. DIMITRA implements programs in Hellas, but also in developing countries of Africa, South and Latin America, as well as countries of Central-Eastern Europe and Asia, such as: Dominica, Ecuador, Senegal, Moldova, Albania, Georgia, Romania, Serbia, India, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, West Bank and the Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Jordan and Sri Lanka.

In 2005 KE.S.S.A. "DIMITRA":

• Distributed a large part of the humanitarian assistance collected by the Hellenic people under the coordination of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the victims of the tsunami in Sri Lanka.
  
  
• Continued the implementation of a large scale program in Pakistan, which aimed at empowering and enhancing the potential of local NGOs activated in the field of the protection of the fundamental human rights of women and children, through the provision of equipment and the transfer of know-how.
  
  
• Continued to provide support to the cooperatives of Refugee Palestinian Women in Jordan, Lebanon, West Bank and the Gaza Strip, through the provision of equipment and through training for the production of handicrafts, simultaneously assisting with the promotion and sales of their products in Europe.
  
  
• Implemented an awareness raising campaign in Greece, related to water and the problems encountered with respect to its availability in developing countries.
