Who we are
  • The Centre of Strategic Planning for Development "DIMITRA" (KE.S.S.A. DIMITRA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation founded in 1991 and based in Larissa, Hellas.


  • It is a partner of the European Commission Humanitarian Aid Office (ECHO) and it cooperates with it for the implementation of its humanitarian interventions.



  • It participates in the activities of the Hellenic Federation of Voluntary Non Governmental Organizations, the Hellenic Platform of Development NGOs and the Global Action Against Poverty campaign.
